How do I place an order? 

Please visit our online shop to browse our fantastic range of quality products. Simply add the products you would like to purchase to your cart and then follow instructions at the checkout. 

We do hope to open our mobile shop in 2021. When up and running, we will be happy to take our mobile shop to cricket clubs across the East Anglian region, thus giving players the chance to view items in person before purchasing. 

How long does delivery take? 

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receipt, on a next day service. 

What couriers do we use?

We use DPD and Royal Mail.

Can we deliver to a Work address or a PO Box?

We can deliver to a work address, but we recommend you add a phone number to contact you on and any further delivery instructions which may help our couriers deliver to you. If DPD are delivering, they will give you an hour window of when then intend to deliver.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes. 

What happens if I miss a delivery?

The courier usually tries to deliver twice before contacting you to re-arrange a delivery. If they cannot make contact then the goods will be returned to us. If dispatched via DPD then you can amend your delivery using your tracking number.

Can I collect my order?

Due to Covid-19, at present we are unable to accommodate collections.

How do I cancel an Order?

If you would like to cancel an order please contact us on info@thebathut.com. We will then arrange a refund for you. 

What do I do if I receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged?

If this happens, please contact us as soon as you are aware of the problem. If the item arrives damaged, if possible, please sign as damaged with the courier. Also if damaged please send us photos of the damage. If you receive the wrong item then also let us know asap.  We will do our best to replace or refund the items.

Can I return an item? 

Yes, you can return an item as long as it hasn't been used within a 14 day period from purchase. If possible please return in its original packaging. 

Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information for your order as long as you have provided us with a email or mobile number. You should receive a confirmation from us with tracking information once it has been dispatched. Our couriers will then contact you with delivery information.
