Returns Policy


Customer Service: At The Bat Hut, we pride ourselves on our superb customer service and our first class service delivery. We are available between the hours of 0900 and 1730 Monday to Saturday to give advice and assistance regarding our products, along with answering any questions or queries you may have.You can always contact us for any return question at info@thebathut.com or by phone on 07394 944712


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

  •  Contact us via email at info@thebathut.com explaining in detail the reason for your return request, along with your invoice / order number
  •  Should your return be successful, we will issue you a returns number and a return shipping label. We will also send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • In order for returns to be processed, they must reach us within 7 days from the date you receive your shipping label.
  • You must enclose your returns number within the package. Any return that does not include the returns number will not be processed.
  • All returns must be received in the original packaging.

 

Defective Returns: All new products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of invoice. Should a product become defective, please follow the steps below. 

 

  • Contact us via email at info@thebathut.com explaining in detail the reason for your return request, along with your invoice / order number. 
  • Should your return request be successful, we will issue you a returns number and a return shipping label. We will also detail instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • In order for returns to be processed, they must reach us within 7 days from the date you receive your shipping label.

  • All returns must be received in the original packaging.

 

Non defective returns: Non defective returns relate to items such as helmets, pads and gloves being the wrong size or bats being too heavy or light etc. You must notify us following the procedure below within 14 days from receiving your product(s). Please note, all returns MUST be in the condition as delivered, un-used and in their original packaging.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund any carriage paid on the original order.

 

How our replacements / refunds work:

 

  • Damages on delivery: Once in receipt of the returned product, we endeavour to have a replacement product (the same or equivalent thereof) with you within 10 days. Alternatively, you may buy another product and we will credit your account on receipt of your return(s). Should we not be able to supply you with the same or equivalent product(s) within 10 days, you may request a credit note or refund.

 

  • Defective Returns: Once in receipt of the returned product(s), we endeavour to have a replacement product(s) (the same or equivalent thereof) with you within 14 days. Should we not be able to supply you with the same or equivalent product(s) within 14 days, you may request a credit note or refund. 

 

  • Non defective returns: Once in receipt of the returned product, we endeavour to have a replacement product (the same or equivalent thereof) with you within 14 days. Alternatively, you may buy another product and we will credit your account on receipt of your return(s). Should we not be able to supply you with the same or equivalent product(s) within 14 days, you may request a credit note or refund.



Refunds: We will notify you when a refund has been authorised. The refund will be to the original method of payment. Please note, it may be some time for your finance provider to process the refund and post it to your account. 
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any carriage paid on the original order.
